8th Grade Promotion Ceremony Information
Date: Tuesday, May 28, 2019
Time: Doors open at 9:00 a.m. Ceremony will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. Ceremony will conclude by 11:00 a.m.
Who: Parents and families of 8th grade students currently on track to be promoted to high school.
Where: CLMS Gymnasium.
Special Information:
All Visitor’s must enter at the front doors of the gym, located at the front parking lot. Parents and family members may park in the north bus loop parking lot and walk across the front of the school to the gym entrance.
Students are allowed to leave campus with parents and family members following the ceremony. For parents or families wishing to sign out their students following the ceremony, please stop in at the sign-out table upon arrival, located at the entrance to the gym.
You will be able to present your identification and sign the student out when you arrive. Only persons listed on the student’s emergency card, displaying proper identification, will be able to sign out the student.
Parking will be available both in front of the middle school (near car loop) and in the bus loop parking area to the left of the middle school. There are separate entrances for each of these parking lots. For those parking in the bus loop parking area, please use the walkway in the front of the school to get to the gym. Please DO NOT walk through the middle school.
All visitors will be seated in the bleachers. Handicapped seating will be available, but is limited and reserved to those most in need.
